To report a lost or stolen debit card please call 1-800-383-8000.

From time to time, it may be necessary for Legacy National Bank to block certain countries, states or merchant types when high fraud activity has been reported in these areas.  This is to protect you and the funds in your account from major fraud situations.  We will try to alert our customer base if possible.  If you are denied a transaction please contact our Deposit Operations area at 1-877-717-1900 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday to find out why your transaction was denied.  Please remember you may use an ATM to get cash in most instances.
