Gary George

Gary George is Chairman of the Board. George is Vice Chairman and CEO of George's, Inc., a privately owned poultry company in Springdale, Arkansas. He has 28 years of banking experience serving on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Springdale, Springdale, Arkansas. Two of those years George was Chairman. George currently serves on the Board of Directors for J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., in Lowell. He was also an advisory board member of First Security Bank, Springdale. George is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas.

Don Gibson

Don Gibson is President and CEO. He has 28 years banking experience with First State Bank of Springdale, Worthen Bank of Northwest Arkansas, Boatmen's Bank of Northwest Arkansas, Nations Bank of Northwest Arkansas and Bank of America where most recently he was State President, Arkansas and Market Executive for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. Gibson has an MBA from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the Louisiana State University, School of Banking of the South. Gibson serves on the Executive Committee of the University of Arkansas Foundation and is a member of the Board of Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Institute.

Steve Stafford

Steve Stafford is President and CEO of First National Bank of Green Forest, Green Forest, Arkansas. He has 37 years of banking experience serving in his present position since 1978. He has served as director of several banking organizations including Arkansas Community Bankers (Treasurer and President), Arkansas Bankers Association (Group 3 Chairman), Governor's Task Force on Interstate Banking and The Independent Community Bankers Association Services Committee (Vice Chairman).

Loyd Swope

Loyd Swope is former President/CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lincoln, where he served in this position for 37 years. He also served on the Board of Directors of Simmons First Bank, Northwest Arkansas for 6 years. Swope is a former board member of the American Community Association and a past board member of United Way of Washington County. He is currently involved in several other civic organizations in the community.

Patrick Swope

Patrick Swope is Executive Vice President and COO.  Swope has 19 years of banking experience in Northwest Arkansas.  He worked for Bank of America for 4 years and The Bank of Fayetteville for 9 years prior to joining Legacy National Bank.  Swope is a graduate of Lincoln High School and the University of Arkansas BSBA ’96.  Swope currently serves on the Board for The Jones Center for Families in Springdale.  Swope has also volunteered for many other organizations over the years.

Mary Kathryn Brown

Mary Kathryn Brown is the Vice President of Family Investments for George’s Inc. in Springdale, Arkansas.  She is a native of Springdale and graduate from Springdale High School.  She earned  a degree in finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and did her graduate work at Sotheby’s American Art in New York.  She worked in Dallas, Texas for Archon Group L.P., a global investment management firm associated with Goldman Sachs.  Mary Kathryn joined the board in 2010.  She currently also serves on the board of Directors for The New School in Fayetteville.

Gary Jech

Gary Jech is a successful local business owner and lifelong resident of Springdale.  He has owned Farris Insurance since 1993.  Prior to entering the insurance business Gary was a real estate broker.  He is a graduate of Springdale High School and was elected to the Springdale Hall of Fame.  He earned his college degree from the University of Arkansas.  Gary brings 20 years of local business experience to the bank board.

David Harris

David Harris is a fourth generation Arkansan having grown up in Rogers, Arkansas.  He is a graduate of Rogers High School and the University of Arkansas.  After college he began a business career in real estate.  He founded David Harris Construction in 1994.  He is active in several community organizations such as the Rogers Chamber of Commerce, the Home Builders Association and several charitable causes.  He and his wife Tressa live in Rogers and have two children, Payton and Rachel.
