Gene George

Gene George was an original founder of Legacy National Bank and Board Member until 2011. Gene George was Chairman of the Board of George's, Inc. He had 40 years of banking experience serving on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Springdale, Springdale, Arkansas. George also served on the advisory board of First Security Bank, Springdale. He has served on the Board of Directors of J. B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., since 1961. George was inducted into the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame in 2002.

Dorothy Hanby

Dorothy Hanby was an original founder of Legacy National Bank and Board Member until 2011.  Dorothy Hanby is a Certified Public Accountant with a private practice in Springdale, Arkansas. She has 10 years of banking experience as a member of the Board of Directors of Simmons First Bank, Northwest Arkansas for 2 years and as Board member with Boatmen's Bank of Northwest Arkansas for 3 years. Hanby has been a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Arkansas CPAs since 1980. She is a past president of Northwest Arkansas CPAs and a former Vice Chair of Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.

Bob Shaw

Bob Shaw was an original founder of Legacy National Bank and Board member until 2011.  Bob Shaw, JD is past Chairman of Willis Shaw Express, Elm Springs, Arkansas, an "over the road" transportation company specializing in Refrigerated Trucking. He has 31 years of banking experience serving on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Springdale, Springdale, Arkansas. He also served on the Advisory Board of First Security Bank, Springdale. Shaw serves on the Board of Trustees of Hendrix College and St. Paul School of Theology.
